Abstract

¹³C NMR spectra of carbamates of the 9-azabicyclo-[3.3.1]nonane and 8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane systems have been measured at various temperatures, and their free energies of activation (δG^‡_c) were estimated at the coalescence temperature (T_c) to be 60.6-69.7 ± 0.8 kJ/mol (14.5-16.6 ± 0.2 kcal/mol).
